Yes — all plugins are tested on both Windows 10/11 and macOS 13 Ventura and later. Settings sync across platforms via Stream Deck profiles.
How do I install a plugin? ▾
The easiest way is through the Elgato Marketplace — open the Stream Deck app, click More Actions (bottom-right), and search for the plugin by name. Alternatively, download the .streamDeckPlugin file from the plugin's docs page and double-click to install.
Are updates free? ▾
Yes, all updates are free forever. The Stream Deck app will notify you when an update is available, or you can reinstall from the Marketplace to get the latest version at any time.
A plugin stopped working after a Stream Deck app update. What should I do? ▾
First try restarting the Stream Deck software. If the issue persists, reinstall the plugin from the Marketplace — updates to the Stream Deck app occasionally reset plugin state. If it's still broken, email support with your Stream Deck app version and OS details and we'll get it sorted quickly.
